Personal Life
Today, Robert enjoys life in Southern California with his family. Outside of coaching and speaking, you’ll often find him driving his kids to school and after-school activities, tackling the laundry, and keeping up with our family to-do lists. For him, leadership begins at home—in everyday moments of connection, care, and teamwork.
